D-Shaped Fuel Tanks

The D-style design yields a higher capacity over cylindrical designs, for any given length. All of our D-tanks are custom designed and manufactured. They are available in both aluminum and steel. Aluminum D-tanks are less corrosive, light weight, and can be polished for a nicer finish. Steel versions are painted with industrial enamel or epoxy, are fogged internally with anti-corrosion oil, and are a less expensive alternative to aluminum.

2", 3" or 4" Fuel Cap & Chain, Replaceable Draw Tube, Ball Check Vent, 1/2" Drain Plug, 1/2" Plugged Crossover on each end, Float Adapter Flange with Gasket & Cover-Plate, Internal Baffles are supplied in tanks over 38" in length.

Optional Items:

Sight gauge or float sending unit, crossover or auxiliary fitting (all open fittings are plugged), anti-siphon device, locking fuel cap, drain check valve, additional fittings, and steps.
