Rectangular Fuel Tanks
Rectangular tanks come in standard cost effective sizes and offer the largest capacity for any given space. Custom head sizes of varying height and width are also available. Our pressure-testing ensures weld integrity and our painting process guarantees resistance to the elements. Steel tanks are the most common, which are painted with industrial enamel or epoxy and fogged internally with anti-corrosion oil. Aluminum is sometimes used when weight is a consideration, and these tanks can be polished to a mirror finish when required.
Standard Items:
2", 3" or 4" Fuel Cap & Chain, Replaceable Draw Tube, Ball Check Vent, 1/2" Drain Plug, 1/2" Plugged Crossover on each end, Float Adapter Flange with Gasket & Cover-Plate, Internal Baffles are supplied in tanks over 38" in length.
Optional Items:
Sight gauge or float sending unit, crossover or auxiliary fitting (all open fittings are plugged), anti-siphon device, locking fuel cap, drain check valve, additional fittings, and steps.
For standard sizes see our fuel tank catalogue for details. Otherwise, visit our rectangular fuel tank designer to customize your own tank.
